Around 9:10 this morning (Tuesday 22nd of Esfand) there was a brutal accident because the break dysfunction of a trailer truck carrying armatures and till now (12 noon Tuesday) we have lost 15 people and 17 others of our home Towner are badly injured and their condition is not stabilized yet. As of Razi hospital Marand report 2 people passed away their name was Hassan Mahmodi and a kid name Nima that seems he is Mr Mahmodi's son

As Marandimiz Reporter indicate Truck driver was from Marand and after his car break dysfunction in Azadegan Squire in Marand he hit 13 other vehicles and finally stopped when streaked to Marand electric office building. Rescue mission are still on the go.
Razi hospital released this names as some of the people how passed away in this accident: Anojahan Haj Asadi – Rasool Nori- Yagob Yami- Moharam Ali lo-Haj lotf alah Zemestani- Alireza Rostami- Fariba Asdagi- Mahsa Gorani- Maryam Rajabi- Fariba Mohamad pour – Gasem Mahmodi-Farshid Nik dideh ( truck driver) Mojgan Mahzon Arjmand_ Arezoo Shaghyeghi – Hassan Asghar vand
Rescue team attended this accident after some time but because the depth of this accident firefighter and Red Cross community also send their team to help.

I, Arsalan Baygi have a PHD in accounting and have been an instructor in Middle East Turkey and Beirut. But my heart is filled with love for my country so I decided to come back to Marand University. Unfortunately not only Marand Open University had a huge downfall in education but also they are using accounting or other management courses first semesters' master student as an instructor for bachelor units in specialized courses and worst of all accounting group managers are not even accounting majors!
I though it might be that custodian don’t know about the relations between assistant …. East Azerbaijan chief of police announced 90% rise in computer crimes in province
Colonel Mojtaba Amani in last Monday interwie with Irna reported said last year there were 105 computer crime case in province and this year this cases are up to 200 crimes.
He added 3 years ago only eleven computer crime case were reported.
Some of main computer crimes done in the province are forgery of regular or between banks checks, travel checks and property papers in city.
One of police main activity in this field was with pyramid companies which 330 people of this companies share holder were captured.

PEJAK Agent Arrested in Northwestern Iran

An agent of the terrorist group PEJAK was arrested as he was shooting the scene of a funeral procession held in Iran's northwestern city of Khoy in Western Azerbaijan Province on Sunday, an informed source said.
The source told FNA, that the arrestee has confessed that he is a member of PEJAK and that he had a mission to record the funeral procession and capture the faces of the military and law enforcement commanders attending the ceremony. The procession pertained to the martyrs of a helicopter crash in the same province. The helicopter belonged to the Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps (IRGC). Investigations are underway, the source added. on the other hand Couple of editors in one of country provinces have been identified and arrested by ministry of intelligence agents.This editors were getting a huge amount of dollars form their overseas supporters their intend was to promote country and ethic separation.

In early earning project we need to shift our attention to underprivileged areas of Northwest

To be succeed in early earning project and Improve employment considering banks and other commercial cooperation benefits and profits we have to first shift our attention to underprivileged areas. Mr. Akbar khodadadi international banking and foreign exchange expert in an interview with Iranian banking program with international radio station advising this added " this is also one of the main point in conducting early earning project that unfortunately it have not really been looked at. He added this dose not solve any problem to suggest project that is not possible to perform. People how suggest a project have to take all the answers and final point in conducting a project in consideration it's completely natural that banks as a profit making cooperation also have to consider their own company interests beside government goals. Therefore banks logical profits have to be also accepted. In addition there are areas in country that have good strategic and commercial circumstances but are still deprived. We have to rapt our attention to these areas because as static and numbers show this areas that are mostly placed in western north of the country have lopsided economic and personal development. Unemployment is accumulative and this indicates that we have to start some early earning and employment program in these areas as soon as possible. Also in this field employment and investment workshop clerk announced: From beginning of this year 36698 project for early earning and economic entrepreneur employment have been introduced to bank agent and executive organization.
Mr. Ali Rohani in last Thursdays session in this workshop added: The anticipated amount for this project is over 145640000000000 Rials which can send 105854 people to work.
He indicated till now form these project 20661 projects have been confirmed by banks.
Rohani also added 12131 cases from total project that have been introduced by province organization have been granted a contract. The amounts for these contracts are over2047000000000 Rials
He added this project can make employment field for 24783 people.
Mr. Rohani indicates form total contract till now 4639 project have been verified which caused new jobs for 6148 people.
