Marand Health center manager asked for serious attention to Marand village's health. Dr Yaghob Sabaghi said: currently because insufficient system for garbage removal, survey condition and surface water village's health are at risk.
He added: industrial and domestic garbage are dumped in some busy areas and this will cause contagious disease to spared. Health center manager added strengthening health group and supervising food preparation and distribution center are necessary steps should be taken.In the end he said: currently there are 74 health care centers in this city and 160 nurses are working in these centers.

Marand city hall will be specialized in near future

Marand Mayer said: 5 year in forcible program for expansion of city service and manegment will be compile in near future. Akbar Madadi added this program along with a middle length one year program after approval of programming division will be proposed to performance division to be carry out.
He added Marand city operation and planning rank have six specialized comity which each of this comity have couple specialized subdivision.
Madadi also announce the opening of audio-visual educational site in Marand city and added this site will start to run beginning the end of current year and city hall worker will learn necessary training in this audio-visual site

Marand blood transfusion center chief said: wide spreading the blood transfusion culture is a very important need of society.Ali Roka added: blood donation is a way to help society's health in other word continues blood donation make the needed blood to be on hand and then we don’t have to use stored blood as much. I read this in the last issue of Khosh Khabar:

16 metri abyari St is traffic road for Kandlej, Gabad and Watering office and Soliman khater School. This road have heavy traffic but unfortunately there is a n old house in the beginning of the street and closed down this street furthermore this house stopped the presses of placing block and gutter for this street. This caused the street to end up with lots of bumper and holes that cause damages to cars. With all this condition we don’t know why the municipality and Mayer and Marand consultative group do not raise a finger to help this situation. This is not only that but also Sardar meli St project which is moving very slow makes this areas people lives terrible. Old and deserted houses are place for drug addict and dogs. Drainage from houses flowing all over streets and make this streets smell terrible.
This was an interesting topic that one of Khosh Khabar readers wrote, we see this problem all over our city every day and in the same rank there is also street behind finance ministry that suppose to attach end of Ferdosi St to 12 metri Parvaresh very interesting project which will lower the traffic for Marand but there is a house right in the middle of this project that is owned by Mr. Moharam Mohammadi in the interview that Macadamize reporters had he indicated the reason that he is not selling his house to municipality is their unfair suggested price. The land price in this area is 750 thousand Toman but they only offer him 250 thousand Toman which really is not current price for this area. Their offer price is low but there are thousand projects that municipality expends millions of Toman to do and they do not even have a happy ending. There are also streets that are built in one day and problems like this that are solved in seconds and here we end up with this question " what is the different between these streets?" and people from first street tell people from second street I wish you were my neighbor.!!

Sayed Samad Hosseini pointing actions that have been taken added: following this university establishment in year 1373 cultural people with good deed dedicated land for this university expansion but unfortunately because city administrators did not give their full support to this action this expansion did not happened. He added not enough support from city administrators caused that some of these lands be returned to their owners and whereas if the university be built this land will be turn to landscapes. He added with long time persistent Tabriz University could get certificates to buy 20 hectare of Marand city entrance lands and in the same time Tabriz University could finish architecture design plan of Marand University Hossaini added its very unfortunate that some of city administrators did not pay attention to Marand universities right but he also indicated that no place to be worry Marand university will get the land back and our expansion plan will go as we planed

Marand city friday prayer leader said: industrial extension is foundation for management and people extension and economic upswing and deduction of unemployment. Ali Nemat zadeh added: today we are in action stage and administrators have to be in the same side as people he addressed senior province and city administrators: current Marand problem is unemployment of youth and we need to solve this problem by programming to decrease unemployment rate. A group of Marand university instructors and students send a letter to president asking him to put a stop unlawful occupation of Marand engineering university. In this object ional letter indicating that this university was built to expend high education and delete privation from society they wrote: In year 1373 Marand engineering university was built with help of Tabriz university directors and interest and concern of that area people. They wrote a piece of land were bought in entrance of Marand city with help of Tabriz University and housing organization and with receive of authority licenses and agreement and assigning a certain budget to this project we started on planning for this university building but unfortunately we find out that part of this land have been taken through governors office for building a stadium. They added we understand that building a stadium in this area is good for youth and they need it but occupying university land to build this stadium is not fair and is against Islamic rolls. Synchronized with back to school time couple new courses have been created in Marand engineering university
Marand technical and engineering university president said: two new courses in civil engineering and 44 students have been taken in to this course for this semester.
He added with this new course now we have 4 different courses in Diploma and license degree.He emphasize there are 307 students in this university which 203 of them are new entries of this year and from this group 197 are females
