My dear fellow citizens of Marand , Jolfa and district we hear sad news these days from a city that its citizen are sample for prudence ,thoughtfulness and faith and we can easily say they are most cultural people in East Azerbaijan and educated great mans in this city
It’s a shame to raise a tumult in the city for thing that are all moral obligations for this district people
Sirs Marand and Jolfa Need University, Stadium, Hospital as well as School Theater and Factory they need road and ets...
Please chose another place to test old ways of managing and proving your abilities!!! Why do you use Marand and Jolla's cultural people patience and tolerance! Give back Marand university property and ask directors and principles of province and country to help to build the ensnaring university as soon as possible! They are a lot of free land in Marand to build Stadium.
Is it what Marand and Jolfa people deserve?
