Evaluation of administrators are based on their responds to people

Jolfa province governor said: As of president order evaluation of administrators are base on their responds to people and their problem solving skills. Mostafa Ghasemi in a meeting for review of people letters to president added: negative answers to some letters are playing a good roll in evaluation because administrators should show people that law can be stiff in some cases.
Court administrator of Jolfa also says in this meeting: the number of letters people send to court about their problems raised now and we have to think of a legitimate way to overcome that.
Ali parsa indicated: some of offices give negative answer to people which cause more letter to be send out to courts. This report says with the trip of president to Jolfa there were 1156 letters send to governors office which 70 percent of it have been answered positively.
